Our program is intended to assist young men aged 12 to 18 who are suffering with the effects of childhood complex trauma and attachment difficulties. His career has included leadership roles in community-based programs, college preparatory initiatives, and therapeutic residential care, allowing him to build a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to support lasting growth and healing in young individuals.

With over 15 years of experience in adolescent mental health care, Kristi brings her expertise and compassionate "orchid-nurturing" approach to Havenwood, combining empathy, intuition, and a firm belief in each individual's power to change to create a safe and transformative healing environment.

Andrea got her start in education as an Elementary School teacher turned homeschool mother of 4. The opportunities at Havenwood to think outside the box and creatively solve problems while connecting with those healing from trauma quickly made Havenwood a home away from home for her. She has a passion for the healing process as well as a deep love of learning and you will most often find her looking for ways to connect the two areas for the students.
